About WiseTomorrow
The one place your family knows to start.
WiseTomorrow exists for one moment: the day someone you love has to work out what you had, where it is, and who to call, without you there to tell them. We make a physical box they can find and an organized account behind it, with identity checks and a waiting period before anything is shared.
Who runs it
WiseTomorrow is built and operated by Dark Ecommerce Labs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, based in Sarasota, Florida. It is a small team. The people who build the service are the people who read support@wisetomorrow.com, and we typically reply within one business day.
You will see the company name on your card statement and in our legal documents. It is the same company throughout; WiseTomorrow is the product and the brand.
How we make money
Two ways, both on the page where you buy. The Wise Box is a one-time purchase of $199. WiseTomorrow Care is an optional $10/month subscription that keeps your Wise Box editable after the included 30-day trial. Care pays for hosting, encryption, identity verification and the notifications your family relies on.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use what you store to train AI models. Your family's ability to ask for your information does not depend on a subscription: a read-only Wise Box stays exactly as you left it, and your trusted people can still request access.
Where your information lives
In the United States, on Amazon Web Services. Stripe processes both payments and identity verification, and sees only what each of those jobs needs. Our Security & Privacy page explains what is encrypted, how trusted people get access, and the limits we are honest about, including that WiseTomorrow is not end-to-end encrypted.
If WiseTomorrow ever closes
A new company holding family records owes you a plain answer to this. Ours: you can download your files and export your notes and account details at any time. If we ever discontinue the service, we give at least 90 days' notice and time to take everything with you. That commitment is in our Terms of Service, not only on this page. Keep your own copies of important originals regardless.
What we are not
WiseTomorrow is a technology service for organizing and sharing information. It is not a law firm, an estate planner, an executor or an adviser, and being someone's trusted person gives them no legal authority. Your will says who gets what. Your Wise Box tells them where it all is, and who to call on Monday.
