WiseTomorrow is not a law firm, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, trustee, agency or advisory relationship is created by your use of it. Our guides, checklists, worksheets and emails provide general information. They may not reflect the law or the rules of any institution where you live, and they may become out of date.

WiseTomorrow does not replace legal documents. Storing information in WiseTomorrow, or designating a Trusted Person, does not create, replace or change:

• a will or trust;
• a power of attorney;
• a beneficiary or transfer-on-death designation;
• an advance directive, health-care surrogate designation or living will;

• properly signed or witnessed; or
• legally valid or enforceable.

A copy stored in WiseTomorrow may not be accepted in place of an original. For example, many jurisdictions require an original will to be filed with a court.
