One Wise Card, in a nice box made to keep at home. The card does not hold your information. It is the key that leads your family to it online.

Anything your family would need: bank and insurance details, where the will is, who to call, what to do first. Type notes, or upload documents and photos from your phone or computer. It all goes into neat sections.

It takes about five minutes. Activate your card, pick the people you trust, then add one thing, like an insurance policy or a phone number. Add more whenever you like.

They scan the card with their phone. There is no app to install, and they do not need your password. They prove who they are with their ID, we let you know, and after the waiting time you chose they can see what you left for them.

They get nothing. The card only works for the people you named, after they prove who they are. You can also turn off a lost card any time.

You, and only the people you choose. You decide what each person can see, and you can ask to approve a request yourself before anything opens. We do not sell your information.

No. It also helps if you are in the hospital, in an accident, or cannot explain things yourself for any reason.

Care is $10 a month. It lets you keep adding to and changing your information. It is optional. Your first 30 days are included, and we do not charge you automatically when they end. If you choose Care, it renews each month until you cancel.

Nothing bad. Your information stays exactly as it is. You can still look at it, you just cannot change it. Everything else keeps working: the people you trust can still use the card to reach your information, with or without a subscription. We never delete your account for not having one.

When you activate your card, not when you order. Shipping time does not use up any of your 30 days. Before activating, you can still set up your account and add information for 30 days after creating it.

Any time, in Care → Manage billing. It stops at the end of the month you paid for. After that you can still look at your information, you just cannot change it, and the people you trust can still use the card. There is no yearly plan.

For a spouse or a parent, order a second box. Each person has their own account, and chooses their own people to trust. You can sit together to fill it in, while each person controls their own account.

Shipping in the US is free, and we send it within 3 business days. You can return it within 30 days of delivery, even if you have activated the card. The Shipping & Returns page has the details, including who pays for return shipping.

No. A will says who gets what. Wise Box tells your family where everything is and what to do first. It works alongside a will, a safe, a binder or a password manager.

You can download your files and export your notes any time. If we ever shut down, we give you at least 90 days’ notice so you can take everything with you. Keep your own copies of important originals too.
