Household account inventory
Map essential bills, insurance and digital services without creating a password list. Record the provider, record location and official next step.
Make a useful first copy
- Start with services that keep the household running, then add insurance and important digital accounts.
- Record where a current statement lives and where to verify the next due date. Mark unknown details for follow-up.
- Use verified provider contact details. Do not enter passwords, full account numbers, recovery codes or payment-card details.
- Identify which questions need the account holder or an authorized representative; this inventory itself grants no access.
